This article gives background regarding the BURGESS-MacLEAN case, includes GUY PHILBY Y as a third member of this espionage ring, and states that these three individuals defected to the East. It also states that there is a fourth individual, thus far unknown and unidentified, involved. The Bureau may wish to translate this article for information purposes. It is requested that a copy of the translation be furnished to this office.
