According to Mr. STRAPP, a warrant of arrest was issued
on November 13, 1936, against GAMBINO, charging entry at a port
subsequent to July 28, 1935, at which time he was not in
ff possessionof a visa, On January 21, 1937, the warrant which
was issued on November 13, 1936, was cancelled by an authorized
