In connection with this allegation, Police Chief FREDERICK
ROOS of the West New York Police Department stated,
"I know it (the line) doesn't exist now and I never knew
of it exieting." He did stater there was a burglar elarm
system from Abco to Police Headquarters when he was a
Captain. ROOS stated the alarm had been discontinued
