PENNSYLVANIA oe we oe acetate Sats oe On November 15, 1968, a source, who has furnisbed reliable information in the past, advised that Albert-fRojas, a wenweatantatiwea af the TInt tad Baws Wrelawc frean ni gi ng Committee (UFWOC), has obtained a permit for a march to be held on November 23, 1968, at Pittsburgh. The source further advised that the march was to begin in the Hill District, a predominently Negro section of Pittsburgh, and. proceed to an area of downtown Pittsburgh known as Point Park, According to the Source, the aim of the UFWOC is to gain union recogni- tion for grape pickers in California, and aS a meanf to that end, Rojas has been in Pittsburgh for sometime organizing a campaign to discourage the use of Caiifornia grapes.
