Chavez alleges that the offices of United Fern Workers in Delano were dynamited during the week of _ January 22, 1973, that their Terra Bella office in Tulare \; County was destroyed on January 28, 1973, and that their ttf Poplar office was attacked recently. Chavez further alleges wie that Union members have been threatened with bodily harm. We request that you conduct # preliminary investigation to determine if there has been any violations of 16 U.S.C. §241 or of 29 U.S.C. §530.
