a group of photographs
taken

photographer
on the morning of
June 28, 1973, at
scene
of captioned
incident. She
refused to
provide
any
photographs.
On July
27, l973,_advised
she had
provided pertinent
photographs to
the Kern County District
Attorney's Office in Bakersfield
and was agreeable to
providing them
to the
FBI. She
advised she
could not
let
her copy out of
her custody
but would provide e copy
during
the following
week.
On July
30, 1973,
BILL SKINNER,
Investigator,
Kern County
District Attorney's
Office, Bakersfield,
provided five
negatives of
photographs. SKINNER
advised
that
a representative
of UFHU had briefly
loaned his
office
these five
photographs for
the purpose
of copying
with
instructions to
provide
a copy
to the
FBI. SKINNER
advised
a copy
had been made for
the FBI
but did
not turn
out thus
he
is
providing the
negatives made
when the
photographs
were copied.
SKINNER advised
his office
will use
these
photographs to
assist in
identifying responsible
parties
at the
assault on
UFWU
pickets
on June
28, 1973.
