This matter has received considerable press attention in California, and Congressman Edvards has expressed an interest in these allegations. Ecwarda has posed saveral questions con- cerning DUCOTL'S association with the FRI including the follewing: 1. Was DUCOTE an informant for the FBI? 2. Has he been interviewed by the FEI?
