Sus STATE OF TEXAS 8 8 TOUELY OF HIDALGO § f AFFIDAVIT hereby solemnly swear: _ Gi was arrested on July 23, 1975, in Reeves County, Texas, and taken by Chief Deputy Gary ingrat and other members of the Reeves County Sherifl's Departnent to the Reeves County Jail. I was first placed in a cell with adult males. Then Deputy John FP. Lewis, duvenile Court Officer, came te rerove we fror that cell. J was scared and started erping. I aid not went to be in jail by myself, and I did not know where Lewis was taking me. Jewis pusheé and shoved me out of that cell to make me go to enother cell.
