Senator HUGH M. BURNS, Chairman, said the report would indicate that there was some communist influence pre- sent during the 1966 Delano Grape Strike but "it was not a subversive activity as a whole" He told a press conference that the Delano situation ' ‘lent. itself to participation by radicals and extremists" .
