Qi + KETTERING was co-omer of the Dayton Engineering Laboratory Company (DELCO) in Dayton, Ohio, in approximately 1909, and was later Vice-President of the United Motor Corporation, Dayton, which later grew into the General Motors Cor poration. Mr. KETTERING, for many years, was President of the General Motors Research Corporation at Dayton, Ohio, and from approximately 1925 he was Gen- eral Manager of General Motors Corporation Research Laboratories Division until June 30, 1947, when he retired. Mr. KETTERING is now Research Consultant for _ General Motors Corporation. Mr. KETTERING also was a Vice-President of Gen- eral Motors Corporation in the 1925 - 1947 period.
