Anticipating the possi- bility that he may ask Congress to include Germany in its declaration of war against Japan, German residents who are not citi- zens ere advised to telephone or write to the nearest office of the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION ( the F.B. I.) immediately, giving their name and address. By doing so without delay, they will be assured of official protection against designing mis- chief-makers and escape petty annoyance."
