The Governnent has completed its case and Felley appeared ig his own defense yesterday. As of further interest, Charles [ tindverch was called as a defense witness this morning and was on the stand for approximately ten minutes when he was excused, as a resuit of the court sustaining the Government attorney's objection to the questions asked.
