According to his experiences on his speaking trip the great majority of the people, who are against the war policies, would write to their Congressmen, if they were not in fear that the FBI in consequence would investigate them. Senator Clark called that a false opinion and told those people as well as the audience that in such cases they should address themselves to him, and he would then investigate the FBI.
