The Los Angeles “Herald Examiner" of August 29, 1969,
carried an article entitled "The Tate Case; Friends of Mama Cass
Quizzed"., This article stated Frykowski's mother and brother
departed on August 28, 1969, enroute to Poland; and that the
ashes of Frykowski were to be flown via a separate Scandinavian
Air Service flight to Lodz, Poland, on August 29, 1969, where
they will be placed at St. Josef Cemetery.
