Paul J. Fitzgerald made the claims in a declaration filed with Superior Judge Charles H. Older. The attorney is defending Patricia Krenwinkel, ‘who, along with hippie ers, was' indicted for conspiracy and murder in the Tate slayings. Fitzgerald sought a court order to permit him to inspect any police or prosecution statements relating to the habits of hair stylist Jay Se- bring, Polish playboy “Wojiciech (Voityck) Frykowski and coffee hei- ress Abigail Folger. ; He also asked to see the results of suspects in the case. Without an order from Older, Dep. Dist. Attys. Aaron H. Stovitz and Vincent T. Bugliosi, who are prose- cuting Miss Krenwinkel and her co- defendants, agreed to let Fitzgerald inspect the documents listed in his discovery motion.
