Mr. Ruth advised the Special Prosecutor's Office has no objection to the FBI furnishing IRS a copy:of the memorandum in question. since Mry Ruth is aware” that Mr. Keeney is in charge of the IRS ihcome tak investigation : of Mr. Rebozo and the memorandum may have a bearing on the IRS a investigation.
