Parker, in his column, stated “It is known that only two days ago FBI men were in New York inquiring about certain Philadelphians who have been active in behalf of Liston." Our New York Office advises that no investigation has been conducted concerning Liston,and no contacts have been made by Agents of that office with the State Boxing Commission concerning this matter.
