On 12/12/2003, a physical surveillance was conducted in
the vicinity of Chula Vista, California (the
residence). The following observations were made:
7:30AM Surveillance is initiated.
8:40AM A black, 4 door BMW, driven by a light skinned
black male with a shaved head (Subject), reverses
in the driveway of the residence. The garage
door opens and Subject walks into the garage. A
darker skinned black male (unknown male (UM))
walks out of the garage.
8:41AM Subject walks out of the garage, gets into the
black BMW and drives away. UM walks back into
the garage and the garage door closes.

8:50AM Subject returns in the black BMW, the garage door
opens and Subject reverses the BMW into the
garage. Subject brings 2 garbage cans from the
side of the residence to the curb in front of the
residence. Subject enters the garage and returns
with a white bag which he puts into one of the
garbage cans. Subject enters the garage and the
garage door closes.
