Individual added he/she hopes the FBI can catch a break that will help solve it. Writer asked individual if/when he/she will .be testifying in the upcoming civil lawsuit, when individual stated the trial has been postponed from next week to next year. Individual stated this might be because a witness is not available until next year, but is not sure, but that both sides agreed to the extension.
