(RHD) Detectives who were case agents for
LAPD on the "Biggie Smalls" murder. Writer advised them if he could
meet with them, he (writer) might have some information that could
help their case, in particular an avenue to some key witnesses who
have been reluctant to speak with he past. This meeting
took place with writer and his SSA meeting at Parker
Center RHD Division with Detectives and several of
who was their to help introduce writer to
bosses. At this meeting writer advised LAPD personnel he has access
to several key witnesses through the help of the Civil Attorneys and
‘Since Detectives had been taken off the case, if
Detectives wanted to fly to Colorado Springs with
writer and meet the Civil Attorney's and review their file, this was
no problem as the Civil Attorney's stated this would be fine.
Several weeks went by when|___]contactea writer and stated they
would not be going to Colorade Springs to meet the Civil Attorney's.

ogether a surveillance team, and asked if LAPD would like to be part
of this. LAPD contacted writer later and s they had no desire to
be part of this as LAPD was not looking at $s a subject in the
"Biggie Smalls" murder, but asked for the address the FBI located him
at, which was given to the LAPD. Writer contacted LAPD a second time
and again stated _a_ source had been developed and an attempt to have
this source as being put together. LAPD informed writer
they did not have a desire to be part of this but to keep them posted,
which writer did.
As the surveillance the
FBI source took longer than anticipated, writer became aware that a
date had been set where discovery was to take place between the LAPD
and the Civil Attorney's. Because this date was going to occur prior
