"In our Party clubs, we must conduct an intensive discussion of the role of the Nesro women, ao as to equip our Party membership with clear understanding ror undertaking the necessary struggles in the shops and communities. We must end the practice, in waich many Necro women who join our Party, and who, in their churches, conmunities, and fraternal groups are leaders of masses, with an invaluable mass experience to give our farty, suddenly find themselves viewed in our cluvs, not as leaders, but as people who have 'to set their feet wet! orsanizationally.
