the Government officials who, she charged, were seck-
ing to bring about Fascism to the United States and to
bring atomic warfare abroad. She took the occasion to
review tho work of the Communist Party in what she
charged was the fight for freedom for the American
people, and freedom and cquality for the negro people,
She said that she was part of a mass struggle for human
freedom. Sho criticized the delay in deportation pro- —
cecdings and charged that tho Justico Department had
deliberately used unconstitutional means to hold the
alion Communists on Ellis Island and to prevent their
froecdom.
