This issue carried a picture of CLAUDIA JONES. It was further stated in this issue that "CLAUDIA, in her new position, will de- vote herself to the educational and interracial, inter- faith work of the American Youth for Democracy, in addition to participating in the formulation of the general policy. We, on the general staff of 'Spotlight,' regret to see CLAUDIA leave although wo know that her morg active participation in the leadership of the American Youth for Democracy will be invaluable to the organization,"
