NY 100-18676 The Fobruary, 191.7, issue of "Political Affairs" contains an article entitled, "Resolutions on the Question of Negro Rights end Sclf- Determination," which, it was statec, was “adopted by the National Committce, Comuunist Party, USA, at its December 3-5, 1946, meeting." The following excerpts are from this articles: "As always, the Communist Party stands firmly in the forefront of the struggle for full economic, social and political equality for the Negro people. i . "Today, the struggle for Negro liberation is concerned with gaining equal rights throughout the country, which includes in the South the struggle for attaining representative government end land reform.
