this group was highly active for some weeks receding April »
1972, by conducting antiwar demonstrations, olding meetings,
disseminating literature and in general, propagandizing the ill
effects of Honeywell, Incorporated war production. He recalled
that the CALC held an antiwar march in St. Paul, Minnesota,
late in March, 1972, in which about 200 Twin City clergymen,
seminarians and laymen participated in an antiwar protest
during Holy Week.

He further informed that on April 6, 1972,
James H. Binger, Chairman of the Board of Honeywell, Incorporated;
and two other top Honeywell officials met with four national _
leaders of the C#lC in Minneapolis. Honeywell officials met
with Richard Rn /rernandez of New York City ecutive Director.

other CALC leaders. The purpose of the meeting was to attempt
to have Honeywell disclose its defense contracts and to name
a@ committee to study the manner in which peacetime conversion
could be introduced. The CALC officials filed three resolutions
with the Board for inclusion in the corporation's proxy
Statement. Discussion was also had relative to the format of
the forth-coming annual stockholders’ meeting.

A newspaper release in the April 19, 1972, issue
of the Minneapolis Star was captioned, "Campaign seeks to
dissuade Honeywell from weapons field.” This release indicated
that a nationwide campaign to persuade Honeywell, Incorporated,
to stop making antipersonnel weapons was introduced on April 18,
