NOTICE TO THE GOVERNMENT OF DELAYS In the event the Contractor encounters difficulty in meeting performance requirements, or when the Contractor anticipates difficulty in complying with the contract delivery schedule or completion date, or whenever the Contractor has knowledge that any actual or potential situation is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this contract, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer and the COR, in writing, giving pertinent details; provided, however, that this data shall be informational only in character and that this provision shall not be construed as a waiver by the Government or any delivery schedule or date, or any rights or remedies provided by law or under this contract. The Contractor shall adhere to all delivery timeframes specified in Task Orders or Purchase Orders. Any delays could negatively affect the goals, objectives, and the mission of the FBI. This notification of delay shall also include any mitigation strategies and other associated management approaches that will be implemented to correct the delays. E.5 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The Contractor shall perform work at a secured facility owned by the contractor. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall be responsible for providing all equipment necessary to perform task services at the Contractor facility and the Government will provide all equipment necessary to perform task services located at the Government facility. All equipment, capabilities, and facilities required to support the work under this contract shall be available and operational no later than the award date of the contract. The Contractor shall provide all information requested regarding Place of Performance in Section K 4 as well as any required information regarding security policies or precautions at their facility. All personnel required to support this Contract at the Government facility shall be required to have all clearances and approvals as required by this Contract.
