The attorney p proposed that he would be accompanied by ‘ Congressman Andrew Young (D. -Ga.) and District of Columbia Delegate Waiter i. LFauniroy. Huiles said that instead of having the Attorney General meet with the Congressman, Mr. Fauntroy and the Attorney representing Mrs. King, it had been proposed that Hoiles meet with them accompanied by Assistant Attorney General Scalia of the Office of Legal Counsel of the Department, and he requested me to attend as well. Hoiles said that the meeting would be held at 1:00 p.m. on the afternoon of March 5, 1975, in the office. of Mr. Scalia. It appears that the request to meet with the Attorney General is intended to provide an onportunily for a request to be made for _ jpformation coucerning Vartin Luther King, Jr., under the Freedom of Information Act.
