Its position in favoring or opposing legislation usually parallels the position of the Communist Party and related groups. It aiso supports legislation to abolish the House Committee on Un- American Activities. Membership in the Women for Legislative Action does not, of itslef, connote membership in or sympathy with the Communist Party.
