It is noted that in the form letter attached to referenced letter there is no space provided for verification of the mibjectts business address, which address is listed on the custodial detention card. Previous Bureau instructions have stated that both business and residence addresseg should be checked and arrangements perfected so that the Field Office will be advised of any change of residence or business address on the part of the subject of any card. In view of this fact, it ts requested that per mission be grarited the Buffalo Office to use the attached form letter in connection with the verification of addresses and employment of custodial detention subjects.
