In connection with the additional dissemination of the ransom list already furnished the field, all offices are instructed to further disseminate this list on any basis considered practical and appropriately advise the Bureau and office of origin of any positive information developed. The loot in this matter consists entirely of $20 bills and it is questionable that large banks and bank-type institutions would effectively screen their $20 bills dué~tq the volume of this type of bill that would be handled.
