On 7/12/89 at approximately 8:50 an, -
telephonically contacted the San Diego Office of the FBI and t x
advised that he hdd recently seen a national television news ~.
broadcast detailing the arrest of a possible suspect for the
D.B. COOPER hijacking. [_j advised that during the broadcast a
sketch of D.B. COOPER was displayed along with a photograph of b6
the arrestee. After viewin recalled an individual . b7c

first name unknown was subsequently
interviewed and unable to provide | information to locate
the specific military record of FNU at the Military
Records Center Resident Agency, St. Louis Division. Telephonic
contact with the Military Records Center Resident Agency
determined that there are at least 300 individuals with the last
name[ si Further investigation of this lead is being left
to the discretion of Office of Origin.
This matter is considered RUC“d in San Diego.
