Enelosed for Seattle is the original and two copies of an FD-302 reflecting results of interview of MARTON HENRY MOONEY at Springfield, Oregon. For the information of Seattle, MARION HENRY NOONEY, Route 1, Box 140, Springfield, Oregon, was interviewed by Budgents on 8/19/76,and at that time, after a physical observation of MOONEY, it was determined he has a very prominent nose and a gold front tooth. It was determined that HOONEY does not appear to be identical to the unknown subject of this case known as D. B. COOPER.
