The letter was postmarked from Vancouver, B.C., tine 2 p.m., dated November 30, 1971. The lettexn which was written by neans of printing, reads as follows: "Chief Editor, The Province, The composite drawing on page 3 as suspected by FBI does not represent the truth. I enjoyed the pray out game. Am leaving Vancouver. Thanks for your hospitality. Signed, D.B. COOPER." b6 b7C elieves that the b7D letter constitutes a hoax.
