On November 27, 1971,
advised that he recalled hearing on the radio that the above plane b6é
was being refuled at Sea Tac airport and somewhat Later he decided b7c
to go jogging. He was running on’a road near the airport, when he
noticed a phane flying at about 1,500' circling the airpdrt. This
plane had two strobe lights blinking simultaenously.
said this is very unusal that a plane would be flying that high
when the weather was bad and the ghee were highly uncommon. He

common and there would be nothing unusual in a plane flying 1,500!
