He stated that the plane made a turn ‘behind Airfield and that upon completion of the turn departed the area flying back toward the northeast. He stated that upon making the turn the airplane. turned on its landing lights but that it did not land. bo stated that planes often fly low over that particular bic area due to the close proximity of the airfields located ft that he thought this was peculiar since plane put on its landing lights but apparently did not land.
