Agents and that he was to be questioned in connection with
the hijacking of a Northwestern Airlines flight on November 24,
1971. He was warned of his rights by SA and he
Stated he understood his rights. He waived them, as shown
on an executed Warning and Waiver form.

He stated that when he had been interviewed by
the FBI in Farmington, New Mexico, he had just awakened from
a sound sleep and he had not realized he had told them that
he had left Peoria, Illinois, on November 23, 1971. He stated
in actuality he had departed Peoria, Illinois, on November 18,
1971, and arrived in LeFlore County, Oklahoma, the same day.
He did not leave LeFlore County until November 28, 1971,
when he traveled to Farmington, New Mexico. [stated b6
he plans to remain at his home for approximately one month b7C
before leaving again to work.
