He said there had been a change in availability
in aircraft, and that they definitely would not have the plane
on the 3rd or 4th; they were thinking now in terms of the
5th, 6th or 7th, with the 6th being the better date.
I told him we would continue to work out arrangements
with the Air Force, and when this had been finalized, we would
let him know, and then when his airplane was available,
everything would be ready.
I advised OLROGG to tell the Air Force cf this
change.
