On 2/29/72 I talked to SAC ROBERT KUNKEL at the
Washington Field Office, requesting that he obtain a _
number of colored photographs of[___and. forvard 1
to Minneapolis, 1 to Portland, 1 to Seattle via air
courier and then as soon as I found out where the other
witnesses were I would have him send photographs to
those offices via air coruier they could be displayed
to the witnesses at once.
