It was explained to that, in view of the heavy use of the phone b6é to make calls to Fort Lewis, this office was interested bic in exploring the possibility of having the entire billing made as a Watts installation, retroactive to the date of installation, if such a billing would be cheaper than having the calls treated as long distance calls.
