I am postive { know the man who started this rash of parachute hijacking or skyjacking D. B. Cooper. He has become living proof that this sort of' thing can be done successfully, and with his capture I beleive the wind , Would be knocked out of the parachute of many potential Skyjackers before they got off the ground. a I have a credibility problem because, of my record and crime. I need the ear of an intelligent person who will not let anything sway his judgement untill he has heard what I have to Say.
