concerning suspect JAMES RAY FUGATE, JR., and believes him to
be dead. Chief Postal ‘Inspector ROY LOVE, Portland, Oregon,
likewise, has no current information re FUGATE, but furnished
following aliases reportedly used by FUGATE dur ing 1958 check
kiting violation in Littleton, Inglewood, and Golden,
Colorado, for which sentenced to USP for mail fraud:
