He now recalls that the man he talked with in
the van looked very much like the composite drawing of
D. B. COOPER when he first saw it published in a Great
FYalls, Montana, newspaper.
_ These unknown individuals informed him they were
going to Wise River, Montana, to make contact with the
owner of the bar at Wise River to arrange a hunting trip.
The vehicle had mechanical trouble in Butte, Montana,
and as a result they had parked it off Montana Street and
were going to be getting it fixed at WILSON MOTORS.
It is his recollection that they left around noon
on what would possibly be Monday, 11/15/71, and he assumes
that the vehicle was repaired.
The man is described as follows:
