We both attended family lives heibé Per Boc in town and has during that period of time. When retired from theb7C Per Boc military in approximately November of 1970, he came vack tol___] ana has bee since that time. JI have met his wife, and they have one child. He was divorced im has been very ' several years ago from his first wife but I do not know the reason why. However, it is my opinion that there was nothing of an unfavorable nature regardin conduc this matt % they were just not compatible. ' [_] although he has tried to get some work to help support himself ambé Per Boc ' ' 1 . i November of 1970. his family, has not been successful because of the present econonic b7C Per BOC conditions of our area as well as the lack of jobs at this time. My husband and I have seen him on two or three social occasions since he _ has retired and of course, he seems more mature than he did when he was in high school. He is entertaining in telling about his past militory ' experiences and he seems to have progressed to more responsible positions throughout his military coreer. However, because I have never seen him in a group of strangers, I do not know how he would relate to people he does not Know. He is easygoing ani never seems to let things bother hin. I am sure that he is under soxe pressure to get a job and help support his family but it does not appear to make bin upset to the point of being enotionally unstable. I have never seen bin under emergency conditions but he seems to have the general characteristics of being able to handle any situationithat arose. I do not have any specific examples to comrent regarding his qualifications to occupy a sensitive position in a critical areca because my contact with him has not been very extensive in the last twenty years.’ I do not feel qualified to comnent on his capabilities for & real critical position that requires handling emergency situations. I feel that he is a loyal Anerican citizen because he spent twenty years in our military service. He has never-spoken or espoused any controversial or radical causes to my knowledge. Generally, as to his personal character and conduct to my knowledge of it, I would recommend him for any position he applied for including one within our Federal exploynent structure. ang , | b6 Per BOC —= b7C Per BOC have knowl —————S—S—~—CCSJ nd ss amily for about twenty to twenty-five years.
