On April 19, 1972, the San Francisco Division
advised that records of Hughes Air West under the names
RICHARD FLOYD MC COY, D. COOPER, DAN COOPER and J. JOHNSON
were checked by Bureau Agents from November 22, 1971, through
November 26, 1971, for all flights from Las Vegas, Nevada,
to Portland, Oregon, and return with negative results.
On April 19, 1972, the Chicago Division advised a
review of all United Air Lines flight coupons and all other
airlines flight coupons used for travel on United Air Lines
flights from Salt Lake City to Portland, November 10-24, 1971,
and return flights from Seattle and- Portland to Sait Lake City
from November 10 to November 27, 1971, failed to show any
passenger traveling under the name R. MC COY, RICHARD FLOYD
MC COY, JR., D. COOPER or DAN COOPER.
20, 1972,
Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, advised a
search of records for outgoing aircraft to Portland, Oregon,
area during November, 1971, was made with negative results,
and no record was located on MC COY on any flight manifest
for the same period,
On April 21, 1972, the Portland Division advised
records of three separate military units at Portiand Inter-
national Airport, Portland, Oregon, were checked and the
records disclosed that no Plight was made during the pertinent
period by suspect MC COY. Western Airlines records at
Portland, Oregon, failed to show any flight made by suspect
MC COY during pertinent period.

advised Special Agent that the November, 1971,
passenger manifest did not list the names D, B, COOPER, DAN
COOPER or RICHARD FLOYD MC COY, JR.
On April 27, 1972
for United Air Lines, Elk Grove, Illinois, advised United Air
Lines offers no connecting flights from Las Vegas to Portland
during Nevember, 1971, and was not a recommended service for
