[advise she recalled MC COY was at home during Thanksgiving, 1971, and she specifically recalled that he helped prepare dinner, stating that’ to her knowledge h dinner was attended by and a guest who was a graduate student that MC COY had invited. She could not recall the name of the graduate student but recalled he was a acquaintance MC COY had met while attending a law enforce- ment course and was from Thailand, and she believed this individual has returned to Thailand. advised to her recollection MC COY was at home in Provo, Utah, and attended Brigham Young University the day before Thanksgiving, but she could not specifically recall this for a fact.
