SU 164-24
On April 12, 1972, it was determined from the doctor
who treated MC COY regarding a leg injury that the injury was
legitimate and that MC COY's physical education instructor at
Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, stated that MC COY was
injured at a ski area while skiing and that he saw MC COY fall
and, therefore, feit that the injury was legitimate. He stated
MC COY did not receive a broken leg but a sprain which required
MC COY to weara cast for a period of approximately four days,
the injury having occurred on March 21, 1972.
