Re Dallas letter to SeattéBP 7/28/72, concerning
captioned matter.
Enclosed are two co an insert from the
Houston Office, which reveals is not willing to be
interviewed by FBI Agents, except through his attorney in
Long Beach. No further action is being taken concerning this
suspect,

He said right after the NORJACK case, Aviation
Week Magazine had printed a great deal of minute detail
concerning the hijack and particularly technical data with
respect to the Boeing 727, which was the plane hijacked. It
was obvious to him, he said, that the hijacker had to know
"a great deal about this airplane, because he knew at what
degree to have the flaps leveled, the air speed, the time
to put the gears down, and etc.
According to only an individual who was
highly technically qualified in this aircraft would know
this information. Therefore he suggested as a lead that
