COOPER case, said he told the caller that he would check into it and the man was to call him back within 15 minutes, At 3 p.m. on September 21, 1972, an unidentified male telephonically called the Seattle Office and spoke with SA CHARLES E. FARRELL. The caller said he had been in touch with Northwest Airlines concerning the reward offered in connection with D.B. COOPER and had been referred to the FBI, specifically, SA CHARLES E. FARRELL. The caller said he has been considering for the past several months, contacting the FBI concerning a suspect in the D,.B. COOPER case.
