FD-36 (Rev. 5-22-64) Transmit the following in @ @ FBI Date: 2/13/73 (Type in plaintext or code} Airtel Airmail (Priority) | meee ee Lo Ps TO: SAC, HONOLULU bic fo of 01: SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) (P) SUBJECT: NORJAK 00; SEATTLE Enciosed for Honolulu is one Xerox copy of a map of the Island of Kauai with rectangular location marked with read arrow, and two colored composite photographs mentioned in the body of this communication, 7 It is to be noted by Honolulu that the enclosed photographs with and without glasses are the latest composites completed by the Bureau and are considered to be excellent likenesses by witnesses in instant matter. However, the enclosed photographs have not at this time been disseminated Bureau wide and until this is done no publicity should be afforded to the photographs. On February 12, 1973, Longview, Washington, advised SA THOMAS J, MANNING that hé recently returned from Kavai, Hawaii, and during his time on that island stayed at the Kauai Resorts Hotel. About 5 p.n, on February 6, 1973, he was in a lounge at that location where a rock band was practicing. He noticed a white male sitting at a table and they began to speak about the noise of the band. [__| in order to converse with this man over the band sound moved closer to him and they introduced them~ selves with stating he was from the State of Washington.
