On 8/31/73 Seattle First b6
National Bank, advised that no list of bmC
numbers was obtaine rom the $20 bills exchanged at
the Market Street Branch on 12/28/72. A review of the
PINAP File, SEFILE[ J was made and it was determied
that the 820 bills were not Listed. This lead originally
arose fron a three digit srouping of serial numbers
and the $20 bills were not actually identified as coming
from any kidnapping or extortion case.
